Building a custom home with Pride Homes begins with sketches. In consultation with future homeowners, we determine the features you want to incorporate into your new home. "A 'one on one' approach with each family is what helps us to visualize and understand your dream home." 
Next, we work with you to reconcile the desired home features to fit within your budget. That being done, a preliminary floor plan is designed, styles are discussed, and an initial working plan is developed. While all of this is being done, we take the unusual step of personally accompanying you as you go through the process of selecting items such as cabinetry, carpeting, and lighting fixtures. 
One of our goals is to make the building of your home a stress free and enjoyable experience. We also feel it is important to maintain our involvement and friendship with each family after you move into your new home. We will be available at any time to answer questions, address concerns, and provide product follow-up. We understand the magnitude of your investment, both financially and emotionally, and we guarantee to be there to back up our work.
Where do we begin... Thank you could never be enough for letting you know how we feel about you and your gift of building a home. You made us feel so valued and invoved every step of the way. We know you wouldn't do it any other way, but honestly Matt... your approach is beyond unique. We got to where we looked so forward to our Wednesday meetings with you when we'd skip one here and there we missed you! You've become a valued friend and we'd love to see you and Tracy in the future.
You should take great pride in knowing that today, our dream house has become a reality! We feel the same way today as we did eight months ago; you are the best builder in town and we made the right choice having you build our new home. Paul and I feel especially lucky because in the process of building our home, we have also made a great friend.
